I go with David Archuleta, i like them both too but Little David should win!!!!!!!!!!!
I have to go with David Cook because I tend towards rock instead of ballad-type music, but both of them are extremely talented.

Can’t choose!!! I was happy enough when they both made it to the finale. I wasn’t surprised though. 
Cook should win, but Archuleta will. That is good for Cook. He will be free to pursue his career in the open marketplace - without IDOL controlling his work.

David Archuleta will win!!
I LOVE David Archuleta! He’s so awsome! His voice is so amazing for such a young person. Cook still has an equally huge chance of winning, though. Both have such large fan bases. That’s why no one can wait until the finale. It’s going to be a huge surprise. I don’t think anybody has an idea of who will win. It could go either way. I still like Archie more though!

david cook!!! archuleta’s good too, but he’s more of a ballad singer and doesnt seem as versatile as cook does.
either way though I’ll be happy cuz they’re both very talented and will go far regardless =)
David Archuleta should and will win coz if DC will win, another rocker will pollute our music industry (so common) and lots of them are way better than DC, trust me, it’s very rare to see ballad type performing the music industry…so, i would definitely vote for D.A… i can hear it Now, David Archuleta, the American Idol 2008, all the fans will be overjoyed and besides it’s time for American Idol to have a teenager winning inspiring the youth worldwide….
I also liked both of them from the beginning but I’m going for Cook although I think that Archuleta has more voters.
Cook should win. He is a more well-rounded singer. Everything that was put before him he mastered it. Archuleta is good for slow sappy ballads and that’s it. When he tries to sing fast or contemporary songs he falls flat on his face. Wouldn’t it be nice have a hot sexy male Am Idol that can make good music long after the show has ended? Cook would be that one that we’ve all been longing for.

david archuleta haas been pretty popular but i have noticed that every song he sings sounds the same, even when he sand “with you” by chris brown. hes boring and david cook always finds someway to mix things up. im rooting for david cook because he is original and amazing and he doesnt lick his freakin lips every 2 seconds=]
I agree with you all the way Go David Archuleta and the reason why i say this is because if David cook still wants to do his rock songs then with American idol usually the winners aren’t really “rockers”! and i like David Archuleta better anyway! GO DAVID ARCHULETA!

OMG, David Archuleta is AH-MAZING and not to mention too talented and hott NOT to win the competition. I had a dream that David Cook won, and it was a disaster! And everyone at my school says that David Archuleta will win except for my chorus teacher, Mrs. Hauert, but I just know that David Archuleta’s going to win! Keep it going! ? ?
david cook should win. david archuleta is so boring! and to the person above me, archuleta is NOT sexy! he’s probably shorter than you, man that’s attractive! lol. and last week he didn’t do good because he couldn’t cheat! his dad helps him a lot in the week, and they wouldn’t let his dad be his coach anymore……so now he sucks even more.
even though david cook is hot, adorable, sincere, and extremely unique….david archuleta will probably win. but i hope he won’t. he doesn’t deserve it. he’s too young! all of the pre-teens and kids will vote for archuleta. and i hate that!

I disagree with you… I think David Cook is a more experienced singer since he was part of a band before. I also think that David Cook can sing better than Archuleta. Also, David cook’s types of song is way COOLER and BETTER than Archuleta’s disNey stereotypes of songs… Anyways,, Archuleta can sing but DAVID COOK shOULD WIN!!!!

I go for David Cook! He is very versatile and independent. He isn’t afraid to take a risk unlike Archuleta who sings songs that sound just the same and boring. Go COOK!
However, as always, I think Archuleta will win but Cook will be waaaaaaaay more successful than him.
