me too, i cried when rc announced that he won and i literally jumped for joy. my mom almost hit me for reacting that way, but hell i care, i love him and wanted him to win so much that my world “stopped” revolving for awhile that time :))
for those who think archuleta should’ve won, it’s ok, we are all entitled in our own opinions, however, our David already won AI and archu cant beat that! hmp!

American And Canadian Idol is just a over rated popularity contest and they want high ratings.

I am really disappointed! David Cook really strains his voice when he sings he might sing a contemporary voice style but its will deteriorate sooner since it is the wrong way to sing pushing out notes from your throat. There is a right and wrong way to sing sometimes it just has nothing to do with what sounds good to others and what’s popular by 30 or 40 he will sound as if he smoked cigarettes for 20 years his voice will fall apart. So he won’t be AN “IDOL” then. David A. has a voice that more on the vocal/ classical side and flows easily when used u can tells it isn’t strained. I am not taking sides but I feel as if one will not have a great voice forever. Voice that more on the vocal/ classical side and flows easily when used u can tells it isn’t strained.
David A. is young and vary talented and his voice will grow with the years after 21 your voice pretty much stays put, and David cook is much older then that and isn’t quite as talented vocally as David A., the fluctuating and vibrato is much more common in DAVID A. voice.
IF I HAD TO CHOOSE THEN I WOULD SAY DAVID A.
OMG!! I was sooooo Happy when my fav David COOK won!! Every teenaged girl in the US (besides me) is in love w/Archie so they voted 4 him! I am soo happy that the talented person won!! I was freaking out b/c I thought Archie was gonna win!! I’m so Happy!!!!

i’m sooo happy he won! im absolutely in love with david cook. david archuleta is amazing too but i was rooting for cook to win. yay i was freaking out from happiness when he won:D

OMGG, I was sooo happy when he won! I screamed & then I cried, I just knew he would win all along & i’ve been voting for him since the top 12 (after Danny left)…I was just soo happy it wasn’t Archie, he didn’t deserve it because he was too shy/timid. But, David Cook has it alll!! I can’t wait for the tour!

I liked them both, but DC took more risks, has a more versatile style and has the experience to reach great heights. David A will do well too, I am sure.
